How I Got Started…

Years ago, when I bought my first home, I recall quite vividly how stressful the whole process was. The contracts, legalities and negotiations seemed so confusing and for a short time I lost touch with what we were doing in the first place – settling into a home for our family.

It was that experience, and a few more soon thereafter, that prompted us to go into real estate to help others enjoy the process more, knowing that the stressful parts of the transaction were handled well.

A Little Bit About Me…

Buying or selling your home requires a careful balance of both finding reputable professionals who know how to handle the real estate transaction from A to Z as well as building trust in those you choose to represent you.

On a personal level, I have a long history of public service. I served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. I worked for several years as a Paramedic. Over the last 30 years, I have also volunteered with four different local police and fire departments. Quite simply, no matter what I do, serving and protecting others plays a significant role in who I am and I take great pride in doing so with honor and integrity.

He was so helpful. It was my first house hunt ever, and he was able to walk me through every step at a time. He listened toy needs and wishes from a home and delivered without losing time. He was very flexible with my schedule too. Also he was able to negotiate the price backed with a recent comp sale to $20,000 less than my accepted offer. He was great! If I buy a new home I'd again hire him as my agent .
