Jonathan did an amazing job for us. My Mom chose him to sell her home, and to be honest, I had misgivings over CA Flat Fee, as I had always dealt with "full service" (full price?) realtors before. But I was very wrong. I worked with Jonathan and my Mom to figure out how best to prepare her home of 32 years for a good sale so she could move into a retirement home. Jonathan kept me appraised throughout the sale, and I assisted my Mom to get her home ready. I was very pleased when I finally met him, and he gave great and clear directions on what would help best for a good sale. He worked hard for the sale, holding several open houses, several home visits to review the preparation progress, gently directing my Mom, and negotiating very well with potential buyers. In the end, the home sold for a lot more than I had hoped, thanks to his negotiations, and he worked through tricky requirements and situations to make it all successful. Many thanks to Jonathan!
