I wasn’t looking for a new realtor and was just doing some home buying research when I ran into Jonathan at an open house in Monrovia. He simply asked us if we had any questions but it was the CA flat fee t shirt that intrigued my wife and I more than the house itself. We asked and he just gave a few details about what it stands for and never tried to “sell” us on his services.
