When I’m not selling real estate, I enjoy spending free time with my wife, kids, and dog. My kids are older now—two are in college and one is living on his own—but we still manage to see each other quite often. I have a great love for the outdoors, whether it be hiking in the mountains and trails or just walking on a beach; I always feel balanced in nature. I enjoy meeting people and learning new things. Background

I have been selling real estate for 21 years in Arizona and California. I have successfully sold and closed well over 300 homes. I have navigated up markets, down markets, and everything in between. I’ve worked with hundreds of home buyers and sellers, investors, banks, as well as with my own investment properties. From traditional sales, flips, REO (bank-owned sales), 1031 exchanges, to negotiating short sales during the financial crisis, 2% interest rates, 10% interest rates, and the pandemic market; I’ve experienced a lot. Real estate is incredibly dynamic, and I am always striving to learn and excel when it shifts and changes so my clients can come out on top.
