Tom at CA Flat Fee stepped in after I had already negotiated on price and the seller had forced me to cover my own transaction costs. I am so glad that I engaged Tom and his team to help. Aside from the seamless process on his side, working to negotiate adjustments to our deal with the seller, and going to the property to facilitate inspections, quotes, etc., he is just an all around great guy. I only paid $10k as part of their flat fee service offering and that was a great deal.I am having Tom and his team sell my old house now and my father in law is tapping him to sell his home.If you are looking for a great realtor, reach out to these folks. Jonathan was available, kind caring, listened, and was well prepared. Never felt pressured by his easy manner as he explained what he was going to help do to self our 'as is' house. House sold after one weekend open house. With multiple offers! This was my 3rd sell of a house in my life, and was the easiest. Thanks Jonathan.
