Tom at CA Flat Fee stepped in after I had already negotiated on price and the seller had forced me to cover my own transaction costs. I am so glad that I engaged Tom and his team to help. Aside from the seamless process on his side, working to negotiate adjustments to our deal with the seller, and going to the property to facilitate inspections, quotes, etc., he is just an all around great guy.
